We believe in walking you through this form instead of leaving our policies in fine print buried somewhere you cannot find it. This ensures that you have all the information you need incase any problems should arise. This protects both parties and ensures that you have a long lasting stylist/client relationship. We so appreciate your business and look forward to continue to service all your hair needs.

Cancellation-

Although we understand things come up and live happens to us all these policies are in place to protect our stylists. If given then 48 hours notice, your card on file will be charged 50% of the service scheduled. If you no show your appointment you will be charged 100% of the service scheduled. IF by chance we are able to fill your spot on such short notice, you will not be charged. We try our best to make that happen.

Late-

Please understand that if you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, it may result in forfeiting one or more services or be subject to rescheduling . Our prices are based on time, not services rendered. With that being said, if you are late and we are able to move forward but need to forfeit one or more services, you will be charged for all services originally scheduled. In the event that we should need to reschedule your entire same day appointment, a 50% reschedule fee will be due either at the time of booking or added on to your future appointment. For a second offense of this happening, you will be charged 100% of the service scheduled.

Color Adjustments- 

You feeling happy with your hair is our top priority and we are more than happy to work with you on that. In fact, we hope you will not hesitate to contact us for that matter. If you are unhappy with your color and feel that we did not just hit the mark, you have 2 weeks from your scheduled appointment date to contact us for a complimentary touch up. Touch ups are on the house, but due to the nature of hair appointments, no refunds are given. This does not include if you have changed your mind about the agreed result. For example; we consulted and agreed to take you darker and you now feel you don't like having dark hair. In that case you would schedule a new appointment and be charged according. 

Hair Care-

We hope to educate you as much as possible on at home hair care to protect your investment. Your hair is color treated fabric, and just like caring for your clothes at home, what you put on your hair matters. We cannot guarantee longevity of color without using the proper suggested salon products.

Appointments-

Due to the size of the space, we please ask that there is no extra people or kids at your appointment, We also ask that you plan accordingly for our time together. Specializing in balayage and multi-dimensional hair, we understand how lengthy these appointments can be. If you need to leave early let us know ahead of time, and we can reschedule if needed.

Personal Info / Photography

Any personal information cannot will not be shared with any third parties. All of your credit card information and person information is safe and secure. We reserve the right to use any photos and videos taken of you at the time of the appointment on social media, and our website.
